Governor's Commission on Disabilities to Hold Public Forum

During the week of the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disability act (Signed July 26th), the Governor’s Commission on Disabilities and many other state and non-profit agencies will conduct a weeklong series of open forums to hear the concerns of people with disabilities and their families.

Rhode Island's Strategic Plan for Public Education

The 26 members of the Ambassador Design Team have completed Prototype 3, the current draft of the strategic plan for public education in Rhode Island that will guide our work over the next five years. Prototype 3 marks a milestone in the development of the strategic plan, as it is the first prototype to include all of the plan components: values, priorities, "visions for success," and strategies.
